With our 3 CNC Hydrualic Press Brakes to sister with our Lasers we can finalize your ideas with a huge variety of tooling to match your complex and simple parts.  Sheet metal forming can be used instead of welding or fastening pieces together making it a more efficent and streamlined assembly process and in some cases can finish your part without the need to weld at all. 

We have 2 175 tonn Brakes in 2006 and 2007 models and one 100 tonn to make sure we have your parts at your door when we promised. 

All of them are a full 10 feet in bending length.  Both 175 tonn Brakes have a 12 inch stroke  and the special order heavy duty solid back gauges to make sure we can form your parts at maximum speeds with consistant, outstanding accuracy and a positive affect on pricing.
